Wireless DAS Tech - Entry Level

(Southern California Market)

Aztecs Telecom is seeking a full-time Wireless DAS Technician (Entry Level Position). This position is for work in the Southern California Area Only. Relocation costs to this area will be the sole responsibility of the job applicant. . The employee will learn the DAS side of our industry and how to install, troubleshoot, and repair cable systems to include CAT Cables, fiber optics, coax and supporting hardware. The employee will also learn to install, troubleshoot, and repair DAS and Micro Cell systems to include coax, hybrid, radios, antennas, connectors, grounding and supporting hardware.  This is an entry level position to learn the DAS portion of our business. Clean driving record and pre-hire drug screening required.

DAS and Structured Cable Technicians
(1+ Years Experience Required)

Aztecs Telecom is seeking full-time Wireless DAS and Structured Cable Technicians (1 or more years of experience). This position is for work in the Southern California Area Only. The employee will install, troubleshoot, and repair cable systems to include CAT Cables, fiber optics, coax, small cell equipment, radio and supporting hardware. The position requires the ability to work days/nights/weekends depending on project demands. Short term travel within the state will occasionally be required.

The ideal applicant will have vast experience regarding Structured Cabling Standards, cable pathway construction, network infrastructure, reading and comprehending design, cable terminations, and testing.

Wireless Field Technicians and Leads
( 1+ Years Experience Required)

Aztecs Telecom is seeking full-time Wireless Tower Field Technicians and Tower Leads (1 or more years of experience). This position is for work in the Southern California Area Only. The employee will install, troubleshoot, and repair cable systems to include new site builds, coax and fiber installations, antenna and remote radio installations on towers, troubleshooting line and antenna systems and MOD work for all major carriers. The position requires the ability to work days/nights/weekends depending on project demands. Short term travel within the state will occasionally be required. Experience working on major carrier networks required.

The ideal applicant will have vast experience working on various cellular provider networks, from upgrading existing site equipment and coax, to new site builds and troubleshooting existing sites. This position is to prepare the candidate to eventually promote from technician to lead status, or from lead status to foreman.
